Blis Moves is a fun, fitness, dance-movement class developed by Lauren Kelly- Washington which infuses yoga, the martial arts, African and Latin dance with a period of meditation.
Classes are held weekly in Annapolis, MD and now in Columbia, MD.
I leave classes feeling on top of the world and hugely energized. There is a great feeling of “togetherness” about it, you break a sweat, and you are lighter on your feet. Seriously, if any of you are on the fence about this I would say GET ON YOUR FEET AND GIVE A CLASS A TRY. I promise that you will not regret it.
